Rocky Geans owned and operated L.L. Geans Construction Co.— a successful concrete construction company in northern Indiana—for over 30 years. While President and Owner of L.L. Geans, Rocky developed a business school for contractors. He was able to retire at a young age and continue his passion for helping others build successful businesses. Rocky's services are in demand by concrete and construction associations and individual contractor businesses throughout the United States.

Rocky Geans was certified by the National Center for Construction Education and Research as a Master Trainer and Craft Instructor. He has been a leading force behind the creation and development of events and groups within the American Society of Concrete Contractors. Rocky is a regular speaker at many industry events and has been featured in or written articles for several major concrete magazines.

Concrete Construction  recognized Rocky in their January 2013 magazine as one of the five most influential people in the concrete industry. He was acknowledged for his teaching skills, organizational processes, and the business tools he provides in his business school.
