About Rocky Geans

Rocky Geans brings more than 50 years of concrete and general contracting experience to businesses and property owners who need practical help. For over 30 years, he led L.L. Geans Construction Co. in northern Indiana, retiring from the company in 2017.

The business began with his father in 1959. Rocky became president in 1986 and helped grow it into a multimillion-dollar operation specializing in industrial and commercial concrete work. That experience gives him a firsthand understanding of estimating, job costing, field operations and the responsibilities of ownership.

Today, Rocky works directly with contractors, business owners, property owners and homeowners. He can step into an interim management role, help improve day-to-day operations, coordinate a project or represent an owner’s interests. His approach is practical: understand the situation, address the immediate need and help people put workable solutions into practice.

Rocky also helped develop the American Society of Concrete Contractors’ MIX Groups, a peer-to-peer mentoring program for contractors, along with its Annual Conference and CEO Forums. He has shared his experience at World of Concrete and other industry events.

His purpose remains simple: make a difference in people’s lives by sharing the experience and business strategies he has learned along the way.
